Emma is back at it!

After being sidelined for 6 months due to a shoulder reconstruction, Emma McFerran, Australia’s most talented female FMX rider is now back to doing what she does best performing the latest and greatest freestyle MX tricks on her new look KX250F.

5 months on from surgery, Emma was given the all clear to begin motocross riding again. Now after 6 months she’s back to full health and hitting the huge 75ft FMX ramps on her practice tracks once again.

Whilst her career is just starting to skyrocket, Emma has already ridden alongside the likes of Brian Deegan, Mike Metzger, Robbie Maddison and her brother, Monster Energy Kawasaki Showtime FMX rider Matty McFerran, at the Brisbane Crusty Demon’s show last year.

Emma is pleased to be back, saying, “I'm so pumped to be back riding again and even more to still have the support from Kawasaki behind me after such a long time off the bike. The recovery has made me want to push harder than ever and I can't wait to see what next year brings”

She will continue training throughout the remainder of 2011 before the 2012 FMX season kicks off.

Emma would also like to thank all of her sponsors, Kawasaki, Fox Australia, Belray Lubricants, Fernwood Fitness, Osiris, Ringmaster Images, 69Slam and Omega NeckBrace for their constant support throughout her recovery.
